      It's hard to say if there's any pro.

      The company is clearly suffering financially, and they let this affect their employees, no management, no customer success, they're struggling and this reflects on the culture of the company, there're people from HR that have a lack of communication skills. Forcing employees to write positive reviews

      there are some really smart people who know what they're doing.

      Cons

      hard to build trust here, they will not help you find a role after they fire you, not even a letter of recommendation, despite promising this, and pretending to care. you have to be a personality hire to fit in here, that is what keeps the company strong.
