      Pros

      I've worked in the HR Consultant department who had a great vibe, drive for goals, and technical mastery. Great Assessment Center know-how. Great leaders who manage by example. The Lisbon office is in the heart of the financial district.

      Cons

      Old fashion corporate management, based on a status and power. No extra benefits or talent management policies. No investment on training and talent.
