Interesting work investigating people and culture. Working with and learning about big global companies and institutions. Diverse and open-minded people. As a person of colour with a quirky personality I always felt celebrated. Leaders with integrity and commitment. If you do good work, you move up. A stylish, stimulating, and caring environment.

Cons

Projects are intense and challenging. Only average at engineering change at the company and innovating the offering.
