Pros

Great clientele decent services and easy environment

Cons

Most clientele don’t return as the services aren’t effective, constantly changing policies and procedures weekly that you are short sighted on and expected to implement perfectly immediately.

Pros

Free services. That is it.

Cons

minimal, if any, growth opportunities, nepotism runs strong in the family/friends upper management group, very high turnover, if you have any friction with the owner he will just fire you, chronically understaffed to the point where you are guaranteed to not have a break as an hourly employee, prioritize retaining clients over retaining their employees, non-anonymous bi-annual reviews, wages are not competitive for the market or area, getting a raise is the equivalent to pulling teeth, they do not tell you all of the expectations when you are hired (handing liquid nitrogen & cleaning biohazard), they automatically dock 30 minutes of pay every day despite not being staffed enough to take a break, consistently adding more responsibilities without increasing pay.

Pros

The clients were great, the services were easy, the skincare services were fun

Cons

The staff and management are horrible. They do not treat estheticians well because they expect them to uphold the responsibilities of their department while also performing everyone else’s jobs for them. Major bullying, passive aggressiveness, and hostility takes place here to the point that they will scream at you and expect you to just take it. If you report anything to upper management, you WILL lose your job because they cover up bad work practices. The staff regularly gets high during their shift. Management is dating employees, which adds fuel to any possible fire. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone. Management will not take action and will let things get so bad that you fear your work environment. Run away, don’t walk.

Pros

I really enjoyed working at Restore. The coworkers were great, very fast paced talking to different clients the whole day. As well as getting to use some of the core services, with discounts on other services as well.

Cons

At any job you'll find rude customers/clients, but overall was a great place to work.

Pros

Great team amazing manager, clients were great the store staff was the best I ever worked with

Cons

No job security, the owners can fire you at any moment, you won’t know till you walk in and walk out with no job. Owners will have the final say about your job and will give no warning or sit downs before finding a replacement and letting you go. I had about 1 day of training for a lead position. Got set up for failure

Pros

Strong brand recognition and services that genuinely help clients improve their health and recovery. There are opportunities to build meaningful relationships with clients and make a real impact on people’s wellness. The role can also provide valuable leadership, operational, and sales experience. During my time with the company, I had the opportunity to build and lead high-performing teams and work alongside many dedicated and talented team members.

Cons

Long-term loyalty and consistent performance are not always valued. Leaders who spent years building strong, high-performing teams can be let go while less experienced employees are retained due to lower compensation or internal politics. Compensation differences between employees in similar roles can also create frustration and impact morale. There were frequent shifts in direction from HR and executive leadership, which created instability and made it difficult to maintain consistent expectations across locations. The HR department at times appeared to lack operational experience or a clear understanding of the realities faced at the center level. This sometimes resulted in decisions that felt disconnected from day-to-day operations, with limited accountability or oversight. During my time with the company there were also several changes in executive leadership, including multiple CEOs and CFOs. The amount of turnover at that level made long-term direction feel uncertain and contributed to inconsistent strategy across the organization.
