Not at all what you think

Pros

Remote working is a plus I guess

Cons

- Exec Team is lost and has no idea how to run the business. Cash flow is a mess, poor decisions are made constantly and change management doesn't exist. - The goals change mid-month, and are backed by nothing other than a finger in the air. Comp plans change constantly as well, whatever you're told at the interview won't be the case given a few weeks time. The change is always for you to work harder and make far less. They think employees should pay THEM for the opportunity to work there. What a joke. - There is one person with zero experience in the exec team who bullies everyone, is toxic, and carries a horrible attitude that poisons the team. Treats employees like trash, speaks to them with disrespect, and thinks is the smartest person in every room (yet is far from it). This person who I won't mention may be the largest reason this company is falling apart this quickly. - The CEO is non-existent in the company. Only cares about his personal brand and most of what he posts is not true. - One day you may hear how amazing you're doing, the next you'll be fired. They only care about themselves, their money, and thats it. They squeeze you dry and then kick you out. You can't trust them. - Zero transparency into the true company metrics and impact of the tool. The case studies are false and most of the brands aren't with them anymore. -All in all, avoid this company like the plague. It's not worth your sanity and they dont deserve you.

Kind of terrible

Pros

Good pay, fun offsites, most colleagues were great, hard working people.

Cons

-Where do I even begin. Despite being on target I was constantly worried about losing my job. -Constantly working 10 hour days. PTO was bs, just lead to being behind rather than being considered as time off. -Some of the leadership team was great, some were egotistical. Constantly changing targets and aims. Lying on social media. -No career growth at all. So much employee turnover. No employee benefits. Just avoid this place.
