- As long as you get everything done and respond to messages, nobody really cares how many hours you spend working - Challenging but fun work, lots of personal skill development opportunities and you won't get bored - Supportive and competent supervisors and teammates make the above even more of a plus - Great WFH policy and comfy office for those rare office days - It's no MacBook, but the laptop they issued me was reasonably decent

- Business is a bit unstable at the moment, too dependent on investments - Inter-team communications could be a bit more efficient - Workload is a bit unbalanced between teams
