The environment is really good and hybrid working so you can WFH or WFO depends on your team with decent salary and benefits

I think the company is already has tons of divisions that the chance to create a career path is not visible so most likely it would be stagnant

Cons
Career development for designers feels quite limited. Over time, creative skills may decline because designers are often encouraged to rely heavily on AI tools instead of developing their own design thinking and creativity. The laptops provided are also not sufficient for handling design work across multiple brands efficiently. Support from management can be minimal when employees face difficulties. Positive work or well-executed designs are rarely acknowledged, while mistakes tend to be highlighted more quickly

Luckily I was placed in a good environment and supportive team, Flexible work arrangement WFH 4 days and WFO 1 day, paid overtime, good place for beginners to learn and i think company values is really goodddd.
Cons
For benefits is just average and i think could be better and, stagnant career?
