      A small company still going through growing pains.

      Pros

      They paid me well for the job I did.

      Cons

      They will lay you off (and sometimes get rid of entire teams) at the drop of a hat. Constant changes, new C-suite employees, and random CEO decisions means your job is never safe. Clients are demanding and processes are unclear because there is so much turnover. Hard workers get burnt out quickly, and lots of things fall through the cracks, making everyone's job harder.

      Pros

      The morning huddles help build morale and no other company I’ve worked for makes it a point to appreciate others. We not only hear how our work is positively impacting clients but also how as co-workers we are enabling the success of others.

      Cons

      It’s a growing and iterative company which might not be the best fit for some - yet the leadership team is responsive to feedback on how changes are impacting the team and willing to pivot
