Lots of specialty and tooling for injection molding. Nice facility, clean and tidy work place, They give out lots prizes i.e. TV, iPad, iPhone etc. during annual Christmas party.

Cons

Most of the people in engineering are long time employee, not even with engineering degree, no culture, open communication, ethical values or openness. No employee voice is welcome. Most of the department head are micro managers. No sense how to treat human capital. Their dream is to become world class contract manufacturer in metals, plastics etc. but culture is so pathetic. IT'S CHEAP SWEAT SHOP!! People gets hired and fired all the time especially in the Quality department.
