Great hybrid flexibility but blurred role boundaries

Pros

Great hybrid work flexibility (WFO 3 days, WFH 2 days, and Wednesday half-day). Good place to learn how to handle multi-tasking and fast-paced environments.

Cons

Role boundaries can sometimes be blurred, with specialized roles and core project resources occasionally directed toward non-core operational or repetitive administrative tasks, which isn't an efficient use of specialized talent. Communication and structural alignment from upper management could be more organized to prevent resource wastage and maintain a faster, more focused product development cycle.

Great but cutthroat

Pros

You'll learn from A-Z on how to sell. Once you mastered this, you can sell anything.

Cons

Cut throat culture and every day there's a meeting on how to achieve the target that goes on for hours.
