The culture and people in SecondMuse are probably one of the best I have ever worked with. Very passionate and knowledgeable people in the space and working with them is a pleasure.

Cons

The company structure is a little messy (across different geography and functions), it was a bit overwhelming to understand how the company works.

People are very open, young and self driven. They give you the empowerment and trust their people.

Cons

Everyone is so stretch! The management is very ambitious yet they don’t hire enough people and only the Programs team get recognition.
