      Secova could be an amazing company to work for

      Pros

      The people are incredible. So many long term and loyal employees makes it feel like a family environment when everyone is together. Opportunity for career growth if you work hard and make your goals known. Flexibility is the #1 pro of Secova. Working from home is never an issue and hours can also be flexible based on your needs. No work/life balance.

      Cons

      Communication. There is none. Planning and resources are not executed or allocated properly so there are bottle necks throughout the company. Salary is not up to par with companies comparable to industry, location and size. System and service education is not consistent throughout departments.

      1. Greater Responsibility. 2. Greater recognition for accomplishments. 3. Significant exposure to new practice areas. 4. Friendly colleagues except few. 5. Flexible work timings.

      Cons

      1. Lesser job security. 2. Lower Pay. 3. Office politics. 4. A Senior manager. 5. The senior manager here has all the ability to convince the management on all his decisions making. So if you have personal relationship with him you can get good hike and promotion and you will be projected as an EFFICIENT employee to the management. 6. Company is in bad condition and the entire company knows that the reason for this state is because of the senior manager's politics who has taken all decisions with personal intention and vengeance. 7. Company lost a lot of good resources only because of the senior manager's politics. Without good resources in the company, client handling and human error has made all clients unhappy, still the management believes on all the senior manager's decisions which has created job risk for all other employees in the company. 8. Most of the girls feel there is no safety working under him in the company. I am one among them. The senior manager will even go to extend of blackmailing us with our career if we don't listen to what he demands. Seen many girls are used and thrown by the senior manager. 9. The senior manager's only achievement after taking charge of operations is, sending clients out one by one. 10. HR shows no serious attentions on these issues. Complaining to the HR is mere waste.

      Pros

      You will learn about the business process. Some sql queries will be learnt in the process. Analysis of data is interesting.

      Cons

      No work life balance No safety for female employees as sexual harassment is not taken seriously in this company(mostly done by seniors who have more voice because of their years of experience in this company) HR just a bunch of gossip machines Juniors are not trained properly and severely harassed by seniors. Miscommunication between teams and extreme politics

      At Secova, we take our responsibilities to our employees and other stake holders extremely seriously. We have internationally accepted policies established in our company, and back them up with an open door policy. We are especially surprised, since our policies even cover a process to investigate complaints from whistle blowers and anonymous complainants while ensuring that they do not face any retaliatory measures. Till date there has been no representation of any such complaint of this nature and we suggest folks to talk to us directly to resolve them better.
