Hello, Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that your experience at SEGULA Technologies was disappointing in some ways. We are aware that the employee experience at SEGULA Technologies can be improved, which is why we are working hard to do so. In order to gain a better understanding of how our employees feel about their daily work, we conducted an internal survey this year to identify our main strengths and weaknesses. While the content and diversity of the missions were highlighted in a positive way, it is true that the managerial framework was identified as an aspect on which we needed to improve. We therefore decided to set up a Management program, designed to train our managers in best practices and to make management at SEGULA more flexible and more in tune with the needs of our teams.
