      Pros

      They directed me to a job I ended up loving. The pay they started me off with was good. Had I not got this job through SSI, I probably would have never found this job let alone been hired to it.

      Cons

      They offered to pay a certain amount and then when I was hired on, they lowered the amount. Not cool. It was still acceptable though, but I wish they would have hired me on at the amount that was discussed.

      Pros

      Great exposure If you're willing to work hard, come here with an intention of learning and don't care about petty things like looking at your friends working in corporate and getting lots of amenities, then this is a fantastic place.

      Cons

      You will become addictive to the company's work culture and feel part of the company in long term.
