      • Flexible working environment, working from home, etc. • Politically conscious, would go over and beyond not to hurt anyone's feelings, I'm tempted to list this under Cons as well. • Good benefits, 12 flex days, retirement insurance, flexible medical insurance, wellness spending account.

      • Limited mobility across the layers of hierarchy.
