      Pros

      They help to find job opportunities in Sweden and do much of the heavy lifting of the migration process.(please see Cons* as well) They try to find out client assignments. Management is friendly and won't get on your way for most of the cases. If you have a client assignment, they will increase your salary after the first appraisal. Great Christmas lunch.

      Cons

      They play with your uppehållstillståndskort (UT card) !!. For many employees (including myself) they raise short visas, so that you will not be eligible for Swedish Permanent Residence application at the end of 4th year. I quit this company when I realized it.

      I Worked here for 9 years. Siri helped with relocation from India to Sweden in 2016 since then i am associated with siri. It has been great journey. grateful for the opportunities I’ve had. amazing people I’ve been lucky enough to work with. Flexibility , Understanding , cooperation . collaboration , learning
