      Pros

      You get to stroke Jake Dunlap's ego. You meet great companies that have been fooled into thinking they will be helped.

      Cons

      Pretty much everything about this company. There is not a competent leader because Jake only keeps around sycophants and the entire company is about Jake becoming a Linkedin celeb. Pay is SO low because it all goes towards the efforts around promoting Jake

      Nope. If you enjoy being chained to your employer daily, maybe you can think of that as a pro.

      Cons

      Overwork everything. Pretty typical “let’s create some employee event, incentive, or vanity day - or anything, really, to keep us in the cycle - and market it on social media to further our self opinion” company. Or, better yet, let’s “encourage” employees to do it.
