      Great people, awful management

      Pros

      Great coworkers and lots of flexibility.

      Cons

      Imagine the CEO having the audacity to come on our company town hall and tell us everything is fine, just to let go of directors, AE’s, presales people, and even SDR’s. Individuals accounts started being deactivated in a hush hush manner, and when brought up leadership said they didn’t know what was going on. Unbelievably cold, getting rid of people who had been there for years, with no regard to merit. For a hiring success company, the recent layoffs were a dismissal example to set and I wouldn’t touch this company with a ten foot pole.

      Pros

      If you're into singles tennis, solo crew or running the individual mile, this is the team environment for you. If your parents or role models used intimidation & favoritism to manipulate you and your siblings then this is the right "work family" for you. If you thought cliques in high school were cool, this is the culture for you. Cool sweatshirts.

      Cons

      Young leaders attack rather than collaborate. Information is hoarded to ensure selective people exceed, while others struggle. Decisions are made quickly, often in a haste manner and when things don't go as planned others are made the scapegoats. Ivory towers are tall here so bring a rope. The only thing this place will disrupt (as the tag line suggests) is not the industry; rather it will be your career.
