Flexible, remote work in true sense (no on micromanages your work as long as you can deliver results and keep up the ethos) 5. Good bonding between teams, despite remote work
Cons
Being part of a start-up caught amidst a global pandemic means you have to: 1. Make the most of limited resources 2. Wear multiple hats 3. Focus on quality delivery under stringent timelines 4. Perform under pressure While I will not say these are cons, but these are definitely some things that don't make the journey with Snaphunt a bed of roses.
