Two staffs are friendly and easy to communicate

Cons

-confirmed job offer but stopped replying before contract signing -bad office surroundings, manipulative job ad (they only wanted a telemarketer but didnt mention in the ad and categorised it as admin job on the first interview, was only told that it is a cold calling job on the second interview (with lower pay) -really unprofessional to be ghosting an interviewee after confirming the starting date and contract signing with training.
