I started my career here and worked for more than 4 years. It has a healthy and positive work environment. It is a great place for freshers to learn legacy technologies and gain experience. We can have flexible working hours (like 2hrs permission). They offer good salary package for freshers
Cons
Since it is a product-based company, it has its own legacy applications, which may be difficult for even experienced resources to understand and work with initially. Based on project requirements, we may need to work on weekends, but compensatory off will be provided. The infrastructure at the Madurai location is decent, but the cafeteria facilities could be improved. Due to limited seating capacity, employees may need to wait for seats during peak hours.
