      BEWARE ITS A SCAM

      Pros

      You will get hired quick....but you should quit faster.

      Cons

      Its just a trap to get people who think this is a real job with real opportunity. They post jobs on various sites with various titles out of various locations, but its all door to door sale out of white plains. I realized after one day what it was...dont get fooled.

      Pros

      The people, work environment is wonderful. Lots of team oriented events to get to know the office more. Very helpful and learned a lot about the industry.

      Cons

      No base pay and it is only commission. Long hours, worked Monday through Saturday. Not always guaranteed to make money.

      Freedom, Flexibility and Growth

      Pros

      The freedom here is incredible. I am a very self-motivated and independent person and I thrive with performance-based awards, so the environment of Soledad is perfect for me. The culture here provides a really nice balance between independent work and teamwork. I love that I can work on my own and for the most part, work at my own pace and determine my own results, but I also love the team pow wows, the energy and camaraderie are really great.

      Cons

      This job is only for people who are very self-motivated. If you need constant supervision or uplifting, this is not for you. I have seen people come and go, because they were just not the right fit for our company culture and they couldn't motivate themselves to do well.
