Pros

- The colleagues from different cultures and interaction with other country offices in a frequent basis - Versatility to learn quick and hands-on different industry projects - Work and life balance when u r off project it is actually very chilling - Location of the offices are usually nice

Cons

- The pay, coupled with all the attitudes for reimbursement and barely no bonus - The very top management, lucky if u do not need to deal with - No deep respect for its employees nor for the work ethics - A lot of competitor intelligence projects in the real unethical way to earn quick money

Pros

Travelling to places the you wouldn't go on your own. Possible preparation for relatively famous business schools in europe not US.

Cons

 80% of your time will be spent on data collection on your own...do not expect the company to provide support  Poorly done analysis and shallow recommendations because delivery time is very short, classic consulting approaches used by top tier firms are not practiced her  What matters the most is to finish projects even with low quality to get the last pay from clients  Exceedingly high employee turnover, the firm is phenomenon at inability to keep talent this is partly because they don't have real respect for employees  Career blocker unless you go to famous business schools after working in Solidiance, be prepared to face classmates who have far more technical knowledge of consulting than you because they had worked for higher tier consulting companies  Unfair distribution of commissions and bonuses, no matter how hard you had worked on developing the proposals, business development directors will not share the commission with you  No deep respect for employees, only those directors and managers who win projects are respected even if they are dishonest with track record of bully  Many lies in proposals consisting of fake profiles. Unethical data extraction, you will find yourself doing something that you never wanted to do before joining.
