Pros

Work from home is celebrated. Pay and benefits. That’s ig

Cons

- beware if this company sells you the “culture”. Senior leadership and middle management are not practising the culture values. A lot of panicky leaders because they are not capable - toxic culture and very hierarchical. - leaders have no idea what sales reps go through, challenges and processes. - no competency plan, only pips! - favourtisim. If u are new, u need to lie and suck up to stay. If u are older in the comp, u can do anything including backstabbing and plotting to get people out! No culture basically - frat culture, cliquish - unethical as I heard they get rid of people for personal petty reasons - feel like a scammer to sell sprout social at a high price but no value differentiator except for having a unique name. - the product is not a must for marketers. Just nice to have.

Downward spiral

Pros

Flexible / remote work Good benefits Relatively strong product vs competitors

Cons

The company is in a crisis but leadership likely doesn't see it yet. New CRO is struggling to gain credibility. Having spent his career in SMB and non-profit, he's now tasked with the driving the enterprise aspirations of the business. Sweeping changes made recently has put morale on a downward spiral.

Pros

remote, talented individuals across the broader

Cons

Team culture felt highly political and at times exclusionary. Collaboration was limited, and there was a strong sense that individuals prioritized their own interests rather than supporting one another as a team.
