Above the board ethical business with a long standing track record of customer service. Family first policy and culture where the entire team helps one another be successful and supported, while driving business in a win, win, win situation. Strong focus on the individual employee development with a flat management structure. Strong benefit package for the entire family.
Cons
Cannot compete with larger company salaries, but total compensation (benefits and salary) are geared towards long term stable employment, especially for familes.

Easy ability to be placed on key projects, solid people in management, able to collect key business even as a small company, growing as a partner in new technologies.
Cons
smaller company that sometimes struggle to place you on your preferred area of expertise, but that comes with the territory at a small company.
