Leadership is terrible. All about Sales and revenue, not about investing in others. Will promote a someone to Chief level, and then a couple days later layoff a few people.

Work-Life balance is pretty good. Working from home is allowed extensively. Great building with a brilliant cantine.
Cons
Stibo is putting a lot of chips on people culture, but that is out the window when the numbers are bad. The leadership shows time and time again that they are completely out of touch with the ground workers. Don't expect to get rich.
