      Pros

      - Great HR department that is active with 1 on 1, different activities, interested in your health and happiness in the workplace. - Regular corporate events - Transparency in the processes - Kind and responsive colleagues

      Cons

      - Extremely fast pace of work - Sometimes they offer to work on weekends - No interesting pojects - May not be promoted if you "haven't read a lot of books" - Complicated system of employee development within the department which does not allow for growth in career and salary

      Pros

      A lot of nice colleagues, HR and administrators are really friendly Easy to enter the market through them if you are a student

      Cons

      Really start-up vibe even after they have been on the market for many years, often chaotic with toxic mentality, mean jokes and a lot of peacocking. CEO and Seniors make fun of rival companies during team building, so if you strive for collaboration, search somewhere else. Hard to get a salary upgrade even when your experience grows. Noticed that many girls were not allowed to come back after pregnancy leaves. Not great with social pay (almost non-existent)

      Being a Project Manager in Surf is hard, but worth it

      Ability to manage various projects for top companies, good processes and tools and internal education for PMs, great technical teams.

      Cons

      Constant overload, too challenging project constraints and sometimes strange top-management behaviour.
