- No work-life balance. Project people will call you anytime even at 2AM, 5AM when you are sleeping if they "think" you are involved in Prod issue. If you missed the call because you worked too tiredly on day time they will escalate you to your boss. And the boss will blame you and remind you need to be "professional". - Poor management direction or direction is not clear. Many times just a command then you don't know what to do next or whom to check with. - Job scope is not clear. There are tasks assigned by manager/director which don't match your skill but without a clear direction or guidance. - No career path discussion. No chance to raise a voice. - Employee has to work with multiple projects concurrently. Each of them has a PM to chase you. - Heavy production go-live process. Too many steps of approval. - Govt based company so there are too many security layers and heavy approval process. - Very politic environment. - Not allow to bring corporate laptop out of SG due to security. - No AWS (13th month salary). - Poor team building activity. - This company just renamed to Synapxe so please be aware.

- HR will tell you that they are changing their overall system to make it better, but it's a lie. - Higher Management has their own team, hence you will be pressured by them. If you have a good team, they can protect you but at a minimum stance. - RO (Reporting Officer), most of them don't know what they are doing. They will do what it takes to pressure you & get the work done since day 1. Once you have completed, your RO will take the credit & tell the higher management & client that the RO done all these thing while you get NOTHING, just NOTHING. - They have countless of useless meetings, keep on shouting here & there without any solution and workaround. When you tried to explain your problems, they will say you are the problem. What a joke. - There's no teamwork in your work, you are alone from Day 1. Any resources you need, you find it on your own. Your RO wont be helping you as your JD rank goes higher, expect you to do alone. - HR talent recruiter once every 4 months will disturb you asking you to re-do the clearance for background which doesn't make any sense. Those who know, knows the burden of this. Already cleared and ask to redo again 4 months time. Not very practical.
