TBSCG provides a truly supportive environment without the rigidity of a traditional corporate structure. The company offers great pay with frequent raises and is highly flexible with work hours. As long as you deliver results, there’s no unnecessary micromanagement, which makes for a great work atmosphere.
Cons
The company struggles with acquiring new clients, which could impact long-term stability. Career progression lacks clear structure—while pay raises are frequent and generous, they don’t always come with title changes or defined growth paths. They plan to change it, so I will try to update this review
