Some good benefits, hours are not too bad.
Cons
Management is non existent, H.R. is non existent. Most everyone in the front office leaves early or is not here. When they are here, they are more worried about getting free gifts from suppliers or kickbacks. purchasing is real bad and shipping. They are carrying all kinds of stuff out the shipping door. The machinery is old and wore out, no money to fix things or buy new equipment.

Large organization, which can sometimes feel rigid. Your experience can vary greatly depending on your manager and business unit. Salaries could be much better! RH please improve and work for the employees like a client so we can feel appreciated and supported!

-Excellent hours working 12hr shifts. 3 days one week 4 the next. Means you only work half the week. - Vacation time in only 6 months. - Great benefits.

Physical labor which I personally don't feel like is a con because it keeps you in shape
