Pros
- Interesting projects that keep you thinking and engaged - Nice entry-mid level coworkers who are enjoyable to spend time with - Nice office space, which is cool to be in on a day-to-day basis
Cons
- CEO creates a toxic workplace culture and is disrespectful to employees which makes for an uncomfortable work environment (lots of tip-toeing) - Other members of leadership are nice and they mean well but do not do enough to speak up on behalf of the employees when it comes to interactions with the CEO - A lot of internal disorganization - Average pay and benefits

Pros
Incredible work colleagues, a super smart team who are both talented and caring and go out of their way to support each other. An amazing culture of acceptance and support where everyone is valued. Incredible clients with projects in healthcare that genuinely help improve the lives of others.
Cons
The company can be disorganized at times with inconsistent communication of expectations, and holding each other responsible for a certain level of quality. Compensation and benefits are good, but not great.
