      Great, smart people to work with and interesting work

      Cons

      Small company so there was a lot of work but compared to other consulting firms it wasn't bad. And they cared about work life balance

      Pros

      Some projects were incredibly engaging and created real impact for clients. The people who work at THRUUE were some of the more insightful and driven colleagues I have had in recent years. Opportunities to try new things and step into new spaces.

      Cons

      Firm leadership does not seem to learn from the past and repeats the same mistakes. Bias and toxicity come from the top, creating an environment where being liked is more important than the value brought to clients or the firm. Despite claiming 'expertise' engagements are often thrown together haphazardly and without reflection leading to frustrated clients and burnt out employees.
