      Supportive environment with growth opportunities, but low pay

      Environment,management, values, invested in employees and room to grow

      Cons

      PTO it is hard to accumulate PTO when you start as a new employee since it will also be used as sick time and mandatory holiday pay. Pay is also a large downside.
