TSNE has a piecemeal strategy that is not cohesive and every time it’s communicated, it changes. It also appears that leadership positions at TSNE attract a lot of wonderful idealists and thinkers, and not enough realists and doers. This could have changed by now. There are extremely clearer policies and procedures at TSNE, yet because they are not aligned with what’s happening on the ground, they become useless – similar to the fragmented visions you hear at least once in every staff meeting. You don’t have to have a final destination, but you at least have to know what continent your landing on.
