Initially appears to be a "family" environment. Generous compensation. Wonderful potential, but...

Cons

Unfortunately the family environment is predominantly nepotism. Innovation and productivity take second place to family compensation, unfortunately to the future detriment of the organization. CEO is an unpredictable, brash, micro-manager.
