- paid to learn -> compare that to school and how much better this is than school - networking -> meet several people who are all in your technology to network with - training -> tons of help with interview prep and evaluations to help you improve your skills
Cons
- commitment -> 2 year commitment from the day you start (training) - housing -> you don't pick your roommates and most of the time they are messy and the houses can get very dirty with people coming and going (had a fridge that was absolutely disgusting and cleaned it myself), property management is sometimes slow (had a flooded basement for a month)
