      Pros

      They will hire anyone who will show up.

      Cons

      Low pay, non flexible shifts or schedules. Upper management does not care about you. No PTO. Regularly call you in last minute on a weekend so you can never leave the general area.

      Pros

      Very strong focus on the customer and exceeding expectations. Owners give you the latitude to express your feedback to drive business to new levels. Team culture alive and will. You will become a better manager by working in this fast pace demanding environment.

      Cons

      Sometimes feedback is too direct, you must have thick skin to survive. Insurance and 401k are ok.
