Not much in my opinion

Benefits are average and there has been decent turnover due to employees working with limited resources while performance requirements continue increasing - heard from many employees that left the company that they were offered a similar role with significantly higher pay.

Management doesn’t communicate well. Other techs aren’t quick to help

Lots of work involved that they dont wont to pay you for if its not billable to the customer. But you cant bill customers for cleanig and maintaing stock on a service truck. I was off on medical per doctors orders and was fired for being off work for more than 12 months and they WOULD NOT let me return to work after being cleared by my doctor at 15 months. NO ROOM TO GROW

Management is a whirlpool always coming and going.

Company bases field service technician compensation of local forklift company pay, when forklift techs have local support and less than a 1/4 of the administrative duties, internal sales duties and expectations of managing local accounts as the Tennant technician does. Tennant service techs are expected to meet and exceed sales goals all while dealing with terrible integration of technologies and unrealistic expectations. " Do more! Go Above and beyond!" Are all things you might hear all while management is giving directions under the cloak of ambiguity wanting you to charge everyone but the company for your time spent dealing with internal inefficiencies. Sales team is well compensated as account managers and paid off of service sales, but service is not treated the same although providing support to mostly technically incompetent sales staff.
