      Pros

      It is not a difficult work, or a bad place to work, it just needs the right people and better leadership.

      Cons

      Lack of teamwork as a whole. People don't take the time to understand all roles, and names are consistently thrown under the bus.

      Most co-workers are very nice and enjoyable.

      Cons

      Management micro manages and criticizes instead of critiques. Don't turn around or you may be stabbed in the back. Either you are one of the underpaid and unappreciated or you are one of the special elite.

      A paycheck is the only benefit.

      Cons

      This is the most unorganized company I have ever seen. Management is out of touch with reality, enjoys micro managing everyone, and refuses to listen to employees with advice, concerns, or suggestions. This company is going nowhere.
