- Full In-Person - Inability to use PTO freely. Depends on your manager/group. Some are more relaxed, while others are extremely strict. - Textron employees outside of Providence tend to be left out. They don’t get to be involved in Providence activities, nor do they get included in the business unit activities either (ie. Christmas parties, Happy Hours, ect.) - Getting access to software or approvals is extremely difficult with the business units. There tends to be single point failures for one individual to approve or assist. Local business unit help desk cannot assist due to different access credentials.

Management in Hunt Valley should take a very hard look at the supervisors and management in New Orleans. People are having sex in the boats. People are doing drugs before they come into work. They only allow some people to max out on pay and forget about the rest of the workers. Management does not care about the jobs and how long it takes which is the reason this company makes no money.

- Pay is average - Management is a mixed bag (some great some not so good)

Some management issues. The company will allow some managers to treat people unfairly.

Slow and boring work. Management is very structured

Bad Leadership Management. Very disorganized, laid off the entire location.
