Pros

Have some great coworkers. And there is the occasional company activity.

Cons

-Very high stress as your job responsibilities change constantly as the ceo tries to save a penny every where he can -favoritism, friends of Sam get special treatment -pay is low compared to industry standards and extremely low for work load -benefits are pretty minimal, lowest health insurance plan you can find and that’s it. -door to door mentality in a corporate setting. - turnover rate is extremely high. 80% employees cycle out in less than a year

Pros

Growth potential is very high, CEO is a visionary who is never scared to pivot when something isn’t quite working. Management genuinely listens and works with your ideas. Lots of fun activities and benefits. But the most important part is we are one big family and we are never scared to help eachother out.

Cons

The only con is me not finding this life with this company sooner

Pros

The occasional company trip and meals

Cons

Here’s a more polished and impactful version of your review that still communicates your point clearly and directly: ⸻ The CEO of D2D Experts often speaks publicly about building strong culture—but fails to practice what he preaches within his own company. Despite the motivational messaging, the reality is a high-turnover environment where loyal employees are let go, the sales team is underpaid and overburdened, and few people stay longer than a year. Don’t get caught up in the hype or swayed by polished recruiting tactics—it’s not what it seems behind the scenes. It’s a broken company
