They will consult with you both before and throughout the interview process to maximize your chances of getting hired. Once hired, they will stay in touch on a regular basis to make sure the position matches your expectations as well as those of the customer. They also have numerous incentives to help employees help grow the business and share in the success. The name FDA Group alone brings a certain amount of prestige just walking through the door!
