Thoucentric’s purpose has been to grow as a niche consulting management organisation focusing on personalized experience for clients as well employees. We have grown consolidating the growth of each of our employees in the organisation, hence we believe not in extrinsic motivation mechanisms for individuals but in the freedom for individuals to design their own career paths. We have a Learning Management Framework supported by our edutech partners like Coursera, Udemy etc. The range of offerings is wide however, we regret that you were not able to find your specific learning needs addressed through this. We will definitely take this feedback to explore our scope of offerings further.
