The Recruiting Practice business model is truly one of a kind. Titus charges clients by the hour, allowing for a custom search for top talent. I really enjoyed selling this service and feel like the clients were always amazed by the results.

Cons

Working remotely can be difficult at times. We have the ability to work from home or the office, and that can lead to disconnect for me. I function better in an office setting, so it wasn't a perfect match for me.

Pros

I've been with Titus since 2010 and have been privileged to not only witness but be apart of the transformation of this fantastic company. Titus is an agile company whose entrepreneurial spirit and autonomous environment fosters and promotes innovation. As Jim Collins puts it, this company has gone from "good to great". Titus has been able to reinvent itself because of the openness and willingness of Scott Seefeld to listen to the ideas and recommendations of his people. Scott is the most humble and forgiving executive I've ever worked with.

Cons

Our training and onboarding experience definitely has to be improved however we are on our way towards making this happen. Also, due to the high level of autonomy that the company provides to its employees it is difficult to develop culture. However, we are in the process of bridging this gap through making extraordinary hires and providing some great tools to keep us connected.
