      If you want to ruin your career, join this company! If you want to discover the dark side of human beings, join this company! They treat all the employees like tools. Once they use up you, they kicked you out immediately. Don't believe any promise that they make. They are professional liars, for both employees and clients.

      Like a Hell.. Sry, even a hell could be better place.

      I worked in Torinit for almost 6 months. During my employment length I found not a single pro for this company.

      Cons

      This is the most horrible company I have ever seen in my career. Even a hell could be a better place than this. Some of the cons are, 1. Worst management. - Not a single guy from management team including their Chief Technical Officer knows any thing about technology. Commits any thing to their clients and force their developers to follow their tight and unachievable deadlines. 2. No work/personal life balance - Management treats their employees like their slaves, expects you to work for them 24*7, even on Saturday, Sundays and Public holidays. 3. No Job Security - You will be fired for absolutely no reason. Not a single mistake is acceptable. 4. Projects - Projects are mid sized, nothing great to tell about. 5. Extra facilities - No extra facilities like Health Insurance PF, No leave policies decided. List goes on and on..
