Tradeshift had been on a slow decline these past 4 years which has rapidly accelerated into a free fall the past year. Current CEO and head of HR are many other senior leaders are way out of their depth. No, it's generally not a good thing that CEO needs to have daily calls with the board. Leadership, with the exception of one person is abysmal at best, criminally under qualified at worst. All benifits of working at Tradeshift has slowly eroded away- no parties, no Christmas presents, no snacks, no coffee, no toilet paper, no cleaning, no pension, no bonus, bo raise and now no offices. They do have mass redundancies every 4-6 months though! It's almost as if Tradeshift is actively trying to drive employees away and tank the evaluation. HR creates a hostile environment with zero transparency. If anybody in your reporting line asks questions to senior leadership because you cannot answer them because you also have zero information, you get called a bad leader. Tradeshift hates its employees, despite saying it's in of their most valuable assets. There has been no investment of any kind into employees in 4 years (unless you count a very basic management training in how to conduct 1:1s). Many senior leaders have failed upwards, getting promoted into positions they cannot handle despite exceptionally poor performance. That's because all the good people people with experience left. No, it's not normal to see this amount of turnover with CFOs or head legal council. Mass redundancies have been blamed on customers churning, while completely ignoring the fact that we have sold almost nothing in 2 years. That one substantial deal in 2023 was a renewal on an end of life product where the customer is being held hostage. Anyone reading this who is thinking of Tradeshift- don't. All good people are leaving or have left, it's a black hole and it's not the company it used to be. I hope they can turn around, but its not possible with the current team. Tradeshift will probably not survive the next 6 months
