Worst work culture,salaries paid once in 3 months and many disadvantages..

good for the freshers..but they have to work for more than 16 hrs a day.

Cons

No salary paid for last two months before you leave this company...they will hold your 2-3 months of your salary...P.F. for any designation is 750/-...Asking for salary is a crime.

you have to cry for salary. delay of salary to 2-3 months is regular. No value for seniors. no work culture. long working hours.
