It's basically a nice place to work. They promote work-life balance and an extremely professional corporate culture. From an engineering perspective they do things basically the right way.

Cons

The culture can be cold and unfeeling. There is essentially no team-building nor is there any attention paid to morale.

Company is good but here we have to face alot of politics with the senior managements no job assurance it all now a days depends on the senior managements choices if you are more close to them then you are safe inspite lot of skills you have then also not countable

Cons

It should be improved who so ever made this as a trend because people in the market are roaming for the jobs but the things are here just because of nepotisms this all things are impacted
