Pros

- Brand name on your resume (Fortune 100 company) - Good structure and defined job scope - Higher than average remuneration

Cons

- UPS scrapped hybrid work arrangement in early 2024 and is now 100% on-site - Office is at Changi Business Park - Company is always restructuring and may be laid off at any moment - Too many lifers who have been with the company for decades. If the managers don’t leave, junior staff can’t get promoted
