Management don't understand the tech and offer no direction. General communication is poor. Criticism is generally ignored and alienates you.

* Nice office in central Bristol * Free breakfast 1 day a week * Great colleagues

* Most employees opinions are unwanted here. Unless you have a good relationship with someone high up, your feedback is likely to be quietly sidelined. * Opportunities are sometimes pursued long past their expiry date * Decision making can be very slow. * Structure feels top-heavy - there are many stakeholders, and many with duplicated/hazy shared responsibilities. * Unstable company to work for. Third redundancy round in 4 years. Well-trodden fire & rehire path.
